How Can Hemorrhoids Be Treated?

I am 73 yr old healthy female i have been experiencing external hemorrhoids lately but has progressed to extreme and I do mean extreme inflammation burning and itching. The tissue between the anus and vagina is really painful. I ve been using prep h suppositories and pain relief ointment,sitzbaths and etc to no avail don t know what to do someone in line suggested clandestine i really don t want to go to Dr but may have to. Been going on about two weeks

for external harmorrhoids a better option recommended by me to my patients is surgery ..but for a patient who does not want to go for surgery or if you are having some anaesthesia risk. the next option is tab pilex. sitz bath ..and care of constipation by increasing fluid intake and use of any mild laxative ..I think I have helped you
