How Can Fungal Skin Infection On The Chin Be Treated?

Hi Doctor, I have a pity skin.. But I never had issues with that.. I used to get pimples but that wouldn t remain for more than two days but these days I have rashes in my chin area... And it appears on my there... I consulted a dermatologist and he said it is cuz of a fungal infection.. I tried with Dosetil lotion suggested by him.. But it helps only I apply and it reappears again..if u can suggest me any good medicine..and at the same time...can u please suggest a face cleanser for oily skin..

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the acne condition then first of all care need to be taken for good hygiene keep the face clean try to wash the face with plain tap water twice or thrice in day, medicated face wash can be used, Tab Doxycycline 100 mg once in day can be tried and it can be taken for couple of week, Erythromycin cream can be used on face, have more leafy vegetable in diet, hope this information helps.
