methamphetamine can not directly cause fungal infection .
but regular use of it lower human immunity and provide ground to growth of fungal infection.
so indirectly there is chance of infection.
it is difficult to treat and take longer time then usual as immunity is low.
better to consult dermatologist for the same.
it is not a serious infection ,but take much more time to cure.
