How Can Fungal Skin Infection Be Treated?
Can I use dettol and how I can use for reducing my skin infection(fungal).its there from 9yrs.i went to many doctors,but no use. What to do.they had given keto soap,absorb powder,memopi ointment .i want to cure my problem by using dettol ,bcoz my friend also suggest use dettol

I have read and understood your concern.
Dettol is an anti-septic(Antibacterial). It may not help in case of fungal skin infection.You will need anti-fungal agents.I will suggest you see the Dermatologist for examination and if need be, tests given the duration of the infection.
