How Can Fever And Fatigue Be Treated?

I have a temp of 101.8 and have been tired all day. Thought it was because I couldn t get to sleep until 3 a.m. last night. However, slept 7 /12 hours (my usual) as I got up at 10:30. About 9 days ago, I fell and bruised my hand and face. X-ray of hand and CT scan showed no problems. Through the week I have had slight headaches, 1 or 2, so slight that I didn t even take medication for them. My neck feels not normal but I thought it was because I have not had proper exercise in a few weeks. The beginning of this period was a case of acute diverticulitis on 7/17 for which I took antibiotics. After 2 weeks, I felt pretty good and after 3, normal. Please advise if you think I should do something or wait until morning. CITY MD treated me the weekend of 8/13 and 14; they were excellent and are very close. Thank you!

* The underlying cause of fever has to be evaluated before commencing for the final line of management.

* I request to get complete blood counts done with pathologist after prescription from your family doctor and move ahead for the curative steps.
