How Can Fever And Fatigue Be Treated?

Hi. My son is 17 and is experiencing a fever, is very tired, has a swollen gland in his right side of his neck, and has dark urine. He feels fine sometimes but has no appetite. This has been going on for about five days. Wondering if he may have mono. Also wondering if I should take him to an urgent care tomorrow.
