How Can Fatty Liver Be Treated?

Diagnosed with fatty liver disease. Tracked over time following enzyme levels. Liver biopsy taken which indicated nothing of origin thus concern. Travel worldwide so immunized for flu, Hep A and B, pneumonia. Now what? Recently had spinal stenosis and disc surgery.

1. Since liver biopsy came normal thus Fatty liver can be due to some addiction or because of some underlying metabolic disorder [check with blood sugar, underactive thyroid, and cholesterol values]

PS. could be non-alcoholic fatty liver so consult a Hepatologist for proper suggestions and management, till then

- Take Antioxidants, probiotics, low carbohydrate diet, fish, beans, legumes, low-fat milk, yogurt, olive oil, coffee, raw garlic, spinach, taro root, soybean, broccoli, carrot, mango, papaya, pumpkin, cauliflower, tomato, mushroom, cheese.

Avoid: milk/dairy products, heavy food, oily/fried food, IRON, KAPHA food

PS. Have regular follow up with your Orthopedic surgeon regarding surgical issues.
