How Can Excessive Weight Gain Be Reduced?

hi im having an extreme problem loosing weight. i've had this problem since i was younger and im 19 now and i've hit 185pds . im 5'4 and i gain atleast 10pds a year.. im on a strick diet of only fruits veggies chicken and seafood. i have consistant night sweats dry skin and possible depression from the worry of my weight. i think this could have to do with my thyroid. can you help me?

Hello! Thank you for writing. In order to check your thyroids you can do a free T4 and TSH test, to rule it out.I would recommend you to do a full H/P, order a CBC, TSH, Free T4, Free T3 and Reverse T3. Then after the analysis you can see what treatment or diet you need in base of the results.You need to talk to a nutritionist or something else in base of the results of the analysis. Best regards.
