How Can Early Menopause Symptoms Be Managed?

I am nearly 35 years old. I came off the Pill in November last year and have had two periods since then, about 32 day cycles. They only last two days with two days of brown discharge. I am checking ovulation through Ovulations tests and it doesn't appear like I am ovulating when I should be. I am worried that I may be going through early menapause. What should I do?

Hi,

Since your ovulation tests come negative and also you don't have regular period it seems that you are going through early menopause. You may profit from hormone replacement therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
