How Can Dryness On The Feet Be Treated?

I ve worked at a physically demanding job for about a year with no problems, however I switched to a fast food job, and within a couple months, I ve noticed my feet are HORRIBLY dry. Lotioning twice a day for over a year, and now one year later, still dry. I ve had horribly dry feet (mostly between the toes) for about a year. It just popped up, it causes fissures and painful, almost bloody cracks, and now after tending to them a new symptom has emerged....all 10 toenails are now orange....completely orange. Do I have a fungal injection or athletes foot?
