General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

You need to take your baby to the hospital. So long lasting diarrhea leads to kidney failure. Bacterial infection can be the reason. You can not wait with it. Drips are necessary. Stool tests should be done. And proper antibiotic ordered.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
