What Causes Severe Diarrhea And Flatulence?

Hi, I am 36 yrs old female, weight is 63 kg, height is 5 ft 6 inches. Having stomach problem. I had severe diarrhea and flatulence after and in between meals. Done endoscopy and other tests, showing negative. After taking acidophilus capsules twice since several weeks my diarrhea is better but still excessive flatulence throughout the day. Please advise what to do. Should i take other medicine?
