Dear patient,
1- after reading the report i can assure you that there are no ovarian pathology. in other terms, the ultrasound report is totally fine.
the volume of your ovaries bilaterally is within normal range, it doesnt seem to be a cyst on these ovaries otherwise you would have reported it,
2- regarding the fluid in cul de sac, do the report mention : there is free fluid in the douglas , or the douglas is free from fluids as you report it, because usually the report would be either : there is free fluid in douglas or there is no free fluid in douglas. if there is no free fluid in douglas then there is nothing to worry about. if there is free fluid in douglas then this fluid might be either from ovulation then the fluid of the follicule will accumulate in the douglas or this might be due to the period ( either it s gonna come soon or you are having it) depending on the medical history and ultrasound of the endometrium we will be able to know.

Best regards
