How Can Dark Dots On Hands After Waxing Be Removed?

Hi.....

I am about to get married within 5 months. I had done waxing on my hands 4 months back and since then I am having many dark dots on my hands. I have 5 dark spots caused after pimples are gone and i've turned dark lifeless because of pollution and tan.

Please suggest any solution for my problem

Hi,

I can understand your concern for dark dots on hands after waxing. For the part of dark spots- It takes bit longer of time to get reduction in pigmentation.

In my patients I generally start with certain skin lightening agents such as Kojic acid or azelaic acid or hydroquinone creams. You can ask your treating doctor if can start with one or the other of good lightening agents as per clinical judgment. You can take further guidance from me for the same if you want.

Do best if sun protection to reduce any further pigmentation.
I hope these information will help you
