How Can Continuous Thinking Causing Headaches, Sleeplessness And Depression Be Treated?
I can't stop thinking .. Not about certain things but in general.. Sometimes I feel like I have certain mental expectations .. I need to completely understand varioUs topics I feel are important.. I get non stop patterns of continous thinking and it leads me to headaches , lack of sleep, and depression..
I went through your details. Your non stop patterns of continuous thinking is not bad but is stressful for your mind. Such a thinking pattern leads to stress and thereby stress related mental problems like headaches , lack of sleep, and depression.
As a person who is willing to gain more and more knowledge, you should continue to do so. But, to avoid stress, also make sure that you get enough entertaining activities and physical exercise every day in between your knowledge enhancing reading / thinking. Take care.
