How Can Constipation Be Treated?

Hi, My sister has been sick for 10 years, and no one can find what is wrong with her. Her symptoms include weight gain, hair loss, fatigue, joint pain, headaches, fevers, swollen feet and ankles, bloated face, rapid heart rate, psychiatric issues such as panic attacks, depression, and anxiety, constant constipation, numb toes, white lesions on an MRI scan. Our family is so worried for her, she has totally changed into another person. She is doing stuff out of character. She was told she has Lyme disease 5 years ago, and her doctor put her on antibiotics for 2 years. She developed a yeast(candidiasis) infection throughout her body, and was hospitalized. Hospital told her she did not have Lyme disease after performing a spinal tap. Please help!
