How Can Constipation And Abdominal Bloating Be Treated?

i took a shower and went to use the washroom. I have been having problems with not being able to use the washroom without pushing hard, I wiped and there was blood on toilet paper, I wiped front first nothing I wiped back and that was where it came from, I am constantly bloated and am uncomfortable as my stomach is sticking out.

Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
Sir, it sounds to me as if you may be having symptoms of what some doctors term irritable bowel syndrome-c (constipation major expression rather than diarrhea).
The standard treatment in the US for this condition would be to first start getting a grip on your fiber and water intake. Recommendations are for around 20-25 grams of fiber from vegetables, oats, and anything else compatible with the FOD-Map diet. So, with my clients I work on first seeing if they have allergies, try to get hydration up to 10 glasses of clean water per day and to try increasing fiber by providing a list of high fiber choices.
If symptoms still continue with bloating, I would move on to instructing my client on the FOD-MAP diet. These diets can be found on the internet to give you a general idea of what you would be dealing with, but I would highly suggest a visit with a certified registered dietitian for help with the diet.

Now, above all else, this seems to be a condition associated with stress, lack of adequate coping skills and possibly, poor sleep. If you are not sleeping well, some sleep training routines use melatonin before bed sublingually for a short period of time taken just before bed. Then allow lots of light during the day and no naps. Hopefully you are retrained after a month and the melatonin can be discontinued.

For stress, please try vising my pinterest boards under Pinterest/VirtualNutritionalSynergy or my name and look for the board called "Inner Healing", "Psychological Transformation" as well as other helpful boards.

If you do not know how to "meditate", many have found that daily inner silence and focus decrease stress thus helping client deal with stress induced physical conditions. I have put on my boards some musical selections to help calm the mind and body.

Oh, and depending on genes and ethnicity, your bloat may be aggravated by milk products. If so, buy Lactaid Milk or buy Lactaid pills and take them or put them in the milk to dissolve the lactose which many people no longer can digest.

Healthfully yours,
