Hello,

There is a strong mind-body connection, to get orgasm a woman should relax and take pleasure during fingering and other moves. She should stay away from anxiety and stress. Before penetrative intercourse she should be wet, lack of lubrication, may prevent her from getting orgasm.

Less interest in sex and quick sex also affects orgasm. Both the partners should give adequate time to each other during sex, they should not go for quick sex and finish it off quickly. Changes in sexual positions, partners should go for non-erotic touch and gradually move towards more intimate touch and sexual stimulation. Get connected to a counsellor or a therapist to fix psychological and emotional issues.

Therapy and counselling is done to improve communication and relationship difficulties to help intimate behaviors and better sex for both partners. Possible treatments include lifestyle changes and therapy. Make sure the medicines being taken are not causing anorgasmia. If an underlying medical condition is contributing to anorgasmia, get it treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
