General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

What you lastly mentioned is called cyanosis. Have you ever had a rheumatological disorder? What is the cause of iron deficiency and B12 deficiency?

Deficiency mainly causes tingling sensation, numbness and neurological manifestations. Iron deficiency is due to poor diet and chronic blood loss which leads to fatigue. I will need to see your blood test reports.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhadresh Lakhani
