IM PARALYZED...HAVING CHRONIC CONSTIPATION...BEEN TAKIN MEDS FOR IT...JUST NOT WORKING...NEED SOMETHING FOOD OR MEDS TO CLEAN ME OUT...STOMACH PAINS HURT...MY PAIN KILLERS ARE THE CAUSE...I TRY NOT TO TAKE THEM...JUST NEED TO KNOW HOW TO FIX WITH FOODS WHATS BEST

You have problem of constipation..
Bulk forming agent like psyllium is helpful in constipation...
Stool softner can use for it...
Avoid fatty foods and junk foods.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage,cauliflower, carbonated drinks etc..
Take a high fiber foods whole grains and oats..
Kiwi and peaches helpful for digestion.
Consult a gastroenterologist for further treatment.
