Hi, I am 8 weeks post parnham and the first time that I had a bowel movement I was so constipated that it hurt to get it out so my body forced it because I didn t go to the restroom for over 2 weeks now every time I use the restroom my butt bleeds and Burns for hours after and the only relief I get is by sitting in a hot scolding water bath for hours upon hours before I can get out and feel comfortable I have tried laxative I have tried stool softeners I have tried drinking Miralax everyday like doctors told me to I have tried anal pram and hydrocortisone and nothing has worked but the bath I have a anal fissure but I feel that I should get another opinion since the Miralax and stool softeners are not helping the tear

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Bleeding with passing of stools suggests there may be hemorrhoids. Since you already have a fissure too, it is better to get a surgeons opinion. Further if needed surgery should be a better option. Thanks.
