How Can Blepharoptosis Be Treated?

My daughter is 13 years old. At the age of 10 we noticed a small ptosis in her left eye. At the age of 11 1/2 began ophthalmoplegia and limited movement in her left eye ball. Right eye doesn t have ptosis. Blood exams for myasthenia 1 1/2 years ago resulted negative. MRI for eyes and brain showed nothing. She also has her thyroid levels a little above normal levels. She also has very high myopia and high astigmatism in both eyes. Currently we don t have diagnosis. What should we do?
