How Can An Umbilicus Hernia During Pregnancy Be Treated?
iam 23 years..9 months pregnant with 56kg weight..my previous wt before pregnancy was42kg...now my doctor says i hav a small hernia near to belly buttton..what should i do now...?doctor says we wil remove hernia after delivery..nw what should i include as well as avoid in my diet..should i do any exercise..?pls answer
