Hi,

Well, bed bugs can cause itchy bumps on the skin due to multiple bug bites and can cause itchy bums especially when you get up from bed. But a single itchy bump is not necessarily due to bed bugs and can be due to any insect or bug bite but not necessarily bed bugs. So my suggestion is to keep your beddings in sunlight and wash your bed sheets and blankets etc. Have a close look on the sheets to rule out if anything is there. But a single itchy bump is not appearing like bed bugs, so I do not think there is anything to worry about it.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
