Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Dear patient
You have possible infection of ingrown nail by wrong practice and this needs urgent attention by genealogy surgeon. Meanwhile start tab augmentin 625 mg thrice a day to resist infection and tab diclofenac 50mg twice a day for pain relief. Avoid further trauma. Drainage of pus also may be required. All the best.
