How Can Allergic Itching In The Eyes Be Treated?

I have allergies to trees, grass, weeds, cat dander, and dust. I take Fexofenadine for the allergies which work well for me. But I have SEVERE eye itching this season and although I use Alaway eye drops about 6 times a day and also take Benadryl about 3 times a day to stop the itching it persists. My eyes hurt, sting and feel as if there are pins in them at times. I use a cold compress which does help but not sure what else to do. Thank you.

Hello,

You may be suffering from chronic allergic dermatitis or conjunctivitis. Need alercheck eye drops three times a day.

Use Montelukast and Levocetirizine once a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your ophthalmologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
