Suggest Treatment For Allergic Conjunctivitis

i am suffering from allergic conjunctivitis from the last 3 yrs presently using a combination of Loteprednol & Tobramycin eyes drops alongwith artificial tears initially felt a lot of dryness in the eyes but since yesterday eyese are watering , kindly advice further line of treatment

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having allergic conjunctivitis. Allergic conjunctivitis usually runs a long course and it requires treatment for 3-6 months depending on the severity of the condition.
Along with medical treatment known allergen if any needs to be avoided.
Loteprednol is a steroid and it should not be used for long time. It should be used only in acute exacerbations.
I usually prefer to treat with anti-allergic eye drops like olopatadine.

Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
