How Can Acute Prostatitis, Stool Irritation And Piles Be Treated?
Hello Doctor, What is the best treatment for acute prostatitis ? No blood in urine. Irritation while passing stools in the rectal area. Doctor indicated as 1st degree piles and after a abdomen scan and transrectal scan, they determined there is a mild growth in prostate. How do i conclude the diagnosis ? Regards

Having acute prostatitis along with stool irritation and piles together is rare and needs individual evaluation as these may be related in elderly and cancer should be the first thing to be ruled out by proper investigations and clinical evaluation.
Since there is growth in the prostate on scans, I would advise you to consult an Urologist to have proper guided biopsy and blood PSA and if cancer is present to get treated properly.
