Acid reflux seems to be due to release of esophageal sphincter and excessive production of acid by stomach. Need not to worry. Treatment of acid reflux depend upon taking medicine and alteration in lifestyle. You should take plenty of fluids. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit ENT specialist once and start treatment after complete prescription. Avoid taking outside food. Avoid spicy and heavy meal specially at night. Eat at least one hour before going to bed, take a light walk for 15-20 mins after every meal, and take antacid after every meal like gelusil.
