I ve been having really bad what I believe to be heartburn, Ive been burping and have gas. I haven t had a bowel in about two days, I vomited bile last night and have had chest pain for the last three days that hasn t gone away. I feel like I have the flu, my body feels hot but I don t have a fever, I am sweating on and off and cannot eat because I feel full. My chest is tight and my I have a really bad burning sensation in my chest. Im uncertain if I should go to the ER. Any recommendations?
