How Can A Testicle Lump Causing Pain During Erection Be Treated?
Hi, a few weeks ago I experienced slight pain in my right testicle, this only seemed to be whilst my penis was erect. Tonight, I have been checking myself and noticed a small pea-sized (perhaps slightly smaller) lump that seems to be attached to my right testicle. It's under the skin and not visible. Could this be a sign of testicular cancer?

Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
This is not cancerous. and are -Fordys spots on scrotum-which are enlarged sweat glands and would recover on its own many a times.
These are prominent while penile erection only,as this stretches out the scrotal and penile skin, where they appear to be located.
Treatment-
Is by TCA(Trichloracetic acid , Apple Cidar Venegar,Cryo-surgery-locally in some cases.
