How Can A Stuffy Yet Running Nose, Post Regular Cocaine Intake, Be Healed?

Hi, I ve been using cocain everyday for the past 2 months, my nose is stuffed, but is always running. Sometimes no air can get through at all. It really hurts, I looked inside with a flashlight, it looks like I ve got lesion that will not heal, I stopped using, but I d like to know how to help my nose heal faster without burning it more with product and cream!Thank you!

Hello,

Most probably you might have developed a local infection or perforation in the nasal septum.

As of now, you can try nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazoline for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.
