How Can A Punctured Wound On Wrist Be Treated?

after I accidently stabbed my wrist today, it squirted blood out pretty bad. I put pressure on it and cleaned it up. I put a tight wrap on it too. I took off the wrap to shower and my wrist was hurting bad and it was swollen over the puncture wound. why would it swell

Hi and welcome to HCM.
you should clean it with water and then antiseptic and then cover with sterile gauze.also,apply cold compresses on it. if bleeding persist you should visit doctor for suturing.

Hi dear , you can start taking Tab Ceftum 500 mg twice a day for 3 days
Tab pantocid 20 mg Twice a day.
ointment TBACT LOCAL APPLICATION/ CLEAN BANDAGE
ALSO IF YOU CAN GET A TETANUS INJECTION.
