How Can A Nasal Polyp Be Removed?

Since July I ve had this weird pink thing in my nose blocking my nose hole. When I turn my head to the left it moves to that side. If I turn my head to the right it turns to that side also. I was wondering if this sounds like a polyp. I quit smoking the minute this became a problem. And. I m hoping I can get some advice for this, I ve never had surgery on anything and I ve never been out under anesthesia.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Respected user, hi
I evaluated your concern in depth .
* Confirmation of the nasal polyp require clinical confirmation by the
Otoscope examination on OPD basis .
* If confirmed by that , polyp can be removed surgically / laser therapy
without any side effects .
@ Note that , this polyp is not in relation with quitting of smoking , so
don`t think in that direction .
Hope this will help you definitely .
Feel free to ask any further questions regarding health .
