How Can A Nail Prick Wound On The Eyelid Be Treated?

I was pulling nails small nails stuck in concrete and one rusty nail flew and hit my eye lid causing a puncture wound, it didn t go deep, it was bleeding a bit I immediately washed it with antibacterial soap and used peroxide, do I need a tetanus shot for this

from your history I think that you have suffered a corneal abrasion . You should patch the eye for a day and after that put lot of artificial tears eye drops and Moxifloxacin. Usually a corneal abrasion heals in 12 hours so you should be okay.
