How Can A Mouth Ulcer Be Treated?

4 days back I had a small trumer just inside the nose and I went on treatment and the next day there is mouth ulser insider the upper lips. Now the trumer is opened itself but the mouth ulser is seems very severe. Kindly advise for further treatment. R.Selvan

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Mouth Ulcer and the nose lesion could be two different conditions and that need to be taken separate care for nose lesion.

If this is due to infection, then it may need a local antibiotic like Povidone Iodine ointment or oral antibiotic like Amoxicillin for mouth ulcer.

The underlying cause of these conditions needs to be known. Till then it can be managed with Tannic acid mouth application.

If this is due to the deficiency of Folic acid, then Folic acid orally can be tried hope this information helps.
