General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Some advices that I can give to you are:
1) Check your blood pressure at home and keep it lower than 130/80.
2) Keep your blood sugar within a target range.
3) Stay at a healthy weight. This can help you prevent other diseases, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.
4) Control your cholesterol levels.
5) Don't smoke or use other tobacco products. Smoking can lead to atherosclerosis, which reduces blood flow to the kidneys and increases blood pressure.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi
