HELLO SIR, your diagnosis finally is HTN with diabetes (NIDDM)with diabetic nephropathy grade? you should ensure 100% CONTROL OF YOUR BP FIRST,BY MEDICINES PRESCRIBED BY NEPHROLOGIST &BLOD SUGAR LEVELS NEEDS TO BE MONITERED AT LEAST ONCE IN 15DAYS,----ALONG WITHS CREATIN&BLOOD UREA LEVEL--------SEE THE FATE OF NIDDM,DURING ONSET IT MAKES YOU TO DRINK MOR WATER(POLYDEPSIA) BUT AS THE DISEASE AFFECTS KIDNEY ONSE YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE TOO MUCH WATER BCOZ WE NEED TO PUT LESS WORK AS MUCH AS POSSIBELE,RESTRICT YOUR PROTEIN DIET,NEVER TAKE MUTTON IF UR NON VEG AS IT CONTAINS HIGEST QTY OF PROTEINS,BREAK DOWN OF WHICH RISES CREATIN LEVEL IN BLOOD&MORE WORK FOR KIDNEY.TAKE APPLE&PAPAYA ONLY THESE 2 FRUITS,TAKE ALL VEG DIET AS IT DOES'T CONTAIN MUCH PROTEIN,RESTRICT SALT LESS THAN 1GM/DAY, SO YOU CAN EXTEND DIALYSIS
