General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, majority of the cases of cervical ulcer are infection related.

Proper care with antibiotics as per the vaginal swab, care of local part with gentian violet sitz bath and local applications of creams, prophylactic or curative anti fungal medicines are main course of therapy.

In selected cases only, cervical cauterization is needed to control in refractory cases.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
