How Can A Burn Wound On The Arm Be Treated?

I have a burn on arm that is about 2 1/2 weeks old, it is getting larger and red area and small bumps all around it, looking for cream to help cure it. I have some on hand but not sure if I should use it on this issue. Mometasone Furoate Cream or Triamcinolone Acetonide cream. Will either of these cream help or should I consult my physician.

Hi ,
burns wounds are managed according to size, depth or degree of burns .In general normal saline wash, topical antibiotics are needed like Silverex ointment or betadine .If wound is big and any signs of infection like discharge then consult a GP or general surgeon for regular dressing till wound heals.
