How Can I Manage Headache, Anxiety And Concentration Difficulty While Being Treated For Epilepsy?
I have been diagnosed with epilepsy in EEG report with disturbances in right side of brain in March 14. Doctor asked me to use levipil 500 and Fricium for 2 years and to sleep 8 hours a day.I never suffered any seizures or loss of consciousness.. But I often used to get sever headache.. I get confused and become forgetful or get immense anxiety.. I am a mother of 3years old kid and I am working. Will this problem cause any harm to my child like beating him .. So far I did not dot do that .. But is there a chance? I feel I am getting addicted to these medicines. Is that true?

There is no risk of you harming your child, shouldn't fear that. However, since you have been seizure free for two years I would attempt to reduce medication. Frisium can cause addiction issues (not levipil), it can contribute to forgetfulness and develop tolerance. So I would consider withdrawing it, but it won't be easy as there may be some withdrawal symptoms so should do it under medical supervision.

Seizure disorder or convulsive disorder is typically said not to result in behaviors of an individual which cause directed violence against a specific individual although the act of having a convulsive fit or epileptic episode can by its very nature result in the damage to property in the immediate area of a person or even to themselves due to biting of the lips, tongue, cheek, or fractures of bones acquired during falls or other uncontrolled sorts of trauma when a person's limbs may be severely jerking.
I would not necessarily worry about those sorts of problems against your child. If you believe that you normally have trouble with anger management or have had bouts of losing self-control when someone or something irritates you to a large extent then, you should speak to someone about that in a separate context from what you've been diagnosed by the EEG recording since it is likely a different phenomenon. Medications used to control seizures are available that do not cause dependency though Frissium is, in fact, a type of drug that can result in withdrawal symptoms (physical dependency/addiction) and can cause difficulties in weaning at the end of the 2 years your doctor has recommended.
You may wish to speak to your doctor about using a higher dose of the Levipil (as dictated by blood concentration levels) or if necessary that a 2nd agent is used to choose one from a different class family than from where Frisium originates.
