How can I lose weight on the thighs without doing exercise ?

hi, prerna frm Gwalior Mp m office girl pls suggest me how can i loss my thigh weight because m not taking so much calorice a day and also doing 2 hours walk per day. but nevertheless i can t loss my thighs weight pls given some easy home treatment except any kind of exercise

The treatment to loose weight is , avoid of eating foods with high fat content and oily foods... these foods will accumulate fat in the body , instead of fat or oily food you can take foods which contain high protein content... if you are eating voraciously then slowly taper and reduce the food intake day by day not sudden decrease... last but not least, you must continue to exercise to loose weight rapidly..
