How to reduce the size of hip and thighs ?

How to reduce the hip and thighs only, other parts of body is slim. i have done lot of exercise, walk but still it is same. kindly suggest me to take fast from hip and thighs

The fat around the thighs can be lost by doing exercises that involve the thighs and the glutei muscles. Sit ups are very helpful and you can gradually increase the number of sets. Also follow a regimen of low carbohydrate diet. Do plenty of walking, Jogging. All these stimulate the muscles in the hip region and help to lose weight. Hope that answers the question.
