How Can I Lose My Belly Fats Easily By Having A Balanced Diet?

I am 20 years old girl and now a days i am gaining weight instead of dieting. My height is 5'2" and weight is 130 pounds which means i am overweight. I want to loose at least 15 pounds of weight in one month. How can I loose my belly fats easily having a balanced diet? Do i need to do some exercises?

As you describe, you are slightly over weight, but to prevent the gain you should be conscious.
You can control the weight by some simple deeds.
Avoid taking calories, fats, fries, junk foods, and oily foods.
Practice yoga, walking, and any work in front of you, whether concerned to you or not.
Minimize the sleeping time practice late to bed and and early to rise.
