How Can I Confirm Low Blood Glucose ?
Im 27 years old, single, female.. How to confirm we are low blood glucose? I have do a test that my blodd glucose show me 3.0 mmol/L as i take my meal on time. I feel the head spins on time as i lying. That time i just take my dinner. I feel dizziness and i get a rest, around 1 hours something i can wake up, as i still feel fainted and feel hungry.. May doctor give some opinion? Thank you

The symptoms you feel are due to hypoglycemia i.e low blood sugar.
Take some glucose and you will be alright.
Take your meal in time,
Keep some glucose or chocolates in your pocket and when you feel head spinning or feel dizziness take chocolate or glucose.
Do not keep fast.
