How Can Asperger S Syndrome Be Treated?

I have had Asperger s syndrome even before it was known as that, by that I had this kind of disorder since the 1960s even before it had a name for it !!! I have completely alone since May 1986 by that I mean is no girlfriends and I don t know how to meet them anymore !!! I have not had s single real friend since 1986 !!! Oh well, if I have to pay then ignore my question !!!
