hi my name is sharon im a mam of 3 im a size 8 and im verry skinney i cant put waight on at all my bloods are normal im stressed tiyerd weak and i look like im going to snap i do eat a lot sometimes and some days i dont because i cant for some reson hope you can help me sorry about my spelling

u need to be regular in diet and sleep.
avoid stress and be happy
tension and over thinking are big enemies
eat high protein ,high fiber diet
eat more fruits ,dry fruits and nuts
u r healthy and has no problem so leave anxiety.
