Hi, I have been not feeling well for about 6 months (complete exhaustion, or can t sleep for days, end up spending nights in hosp. cardiac ward for high bp and rapid heart rate) always had perfect bp, now high bp and chol. Obgyn noticed goiter and said my neck was generally enlarged. started paying attention, and noticed either swollen nodes or glands all over throat. Was sent to endo, from there to gastro, from there to ent, also hematologist. CT neck in august showed small nodes in bilat. posterior triangles, retromandibular trigone, submental region, & adjacent to carotid space w/majority less than 1cm in shortest dimention.cervical c5-6 and 6-7 limiting eval.Since then have told primary & ent about lumps in mouth,under tongue,roof and gums.No one has even done exam.Only ent scoped.Also Ent found severe erosive esophagitus, gastroparesis,gerd,&lprd. about 1 mo.ago, started getting severe pain, face, neck,throat, in between shoulders, temples, mouth jaw.pain got progessively worse and neck got progressively bigger.New ENT sent me for 2cnd ct scan neck and now still have same nodes plus tongue musculature particular at the bases midline. Lymph node anterolateral to the left carotid @ 1.3cm, left supraclavicular node at 1cm, & some residual thymic tissue in superior aspect anterior mediastinum w/intercalated fat.None of last 4 items there 3 mos. ago.Had done 2 days ago Dr. has results, and still not even a phone call. I can not be sent to yet another spec. I have muscular, joint and severe bone pain, narcotics not working, and feet, and legs swollen. family his. of cancer. feel like i had oral or neck cancer, tried to tell dr.s, now they shifted me around so much that my times gone and it spread. Had to go to ER for the pain, felt like labor pains in my face and left throat so they gave me a ct scan of (brain!!)So frustrated, please help, in Fl, need a good Dr. desperately, & don t even know what kind.....
