Hole With Pus Formation On The Buttocks. What Is It?

I'm a 22 year old female and I seem to have this hole at the top of my butt crack almost as if its the bottom of my tail bone and it hurts when I sit in it the wrong way a few times it as popped when it pops blood and yellowish green pus seeps out there is a odor and it hurts I have bent over to get a look at it and to me it looks like a deep black hole please help

It looks like you are suffering from pilonidal sinus.

It is seen mainly in butt cheek area in the form of painful abscess.

It needs to be removed surgically.
