Hit The Front Of Ankle, Pain, Bruising, Sore Lump At The Hit Area. Causes ?

I fell and hit the front of my ankle two weeks ago, and had a lot of bruising and some mild pain. There is now a lump where I hit the front of my ankle. It is sore to the touch and hard. I am able to walk normally and exercise. It has been two weeks and the swelling of the lump has remained the same. What is the cause of the lump?

Dear friend, welcome to HCM!

If you are able to walk without a limp, it could be a small bleed under the tissues.
It is harmless and will slowly be absorbed over weeks.
Just keep a watch.

See your doctor if you notice increase in size.

Take care and please keep me informed of your progress.
Good Luck!
I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily.
Thank you!
